This newsletter is a curated list of news and articles from the SDE community. As I personally move away from Instagram and Facebook, I’m finding that I want deeper discussion, a wider variety of resources, and the opportunity to dive into that which interests me.

I’m an unschooling mom of 2 wonderful boys and we’ve been at this for a few years now. I know there are so many amazing resources and folks talking about unschooling and self directed education from a wide variety of backgrounds, but it’s hard to stay current without social media.

Back in my day, we subscribed to newsletters and that’s still one of my favourite ways to get topical news every morning. I love opening up my newsletters and browsing through headlines to see what piques my interest.

In that vein, I wanted to create a newsletter that highlights the opinions, research, and updates from around the world in relation to self directed education and unschooling. If you have a resource to share, feel free to send it my way and I’ll add it to my list. I hope you’ll consider subscribing!
